Message	pitch, and property class (grade). JIS (Japanese spec) bolts are typically finer thread than the DIN (German spec) bolts that are normally available at local hardware stores. In order to find a non-Nissan replacement you'll probably have to special order from a fastener supplier, and you'll probably need to buy in quantity. And actually, the prices you listed above aren't really that bad. High-grade hardware is expensive.
